The First Steps
We will listen carefully to your intentions and create a brief, addressing not only the design aesthetics but also the function of the building. Timing and budget for your project will be discussed before preparation of initial proposals.

The Planning Process
You are obliged to comply with legislation such as planning building regulations and health and safety consents. These are all matters on which we can advise, often dealing with the various Authorities on your behalf.

Preparing to Build
Once the necessary consents are in place, we will prepare detailed drawings and technical specifications to describe the proposals so that they may be priced by building contractors. We can also advise on an appropriate form of building contract to commission the work.

Construction in Progress
We can monitor the building work in terms of meeting the standards required. We will also help to explain some of the building processes and seek to resolve questions that may arise during the course of the work.

Our Services
We will provide a plan of work from which the precise services required can be selected. You may choose initial design discussion through to the final delivery of the project on site including interior design services, and we will tailor our fees to your requirements.
